are there equal chances of luck and morale bursts ??
according to my experience , luck bursts more often then morale for same parameter.
i'd got 3 morale , with no bursts :-

luck ,on the other end bursts more often , and in the beginning of the battle...
so , is it just my experience , or many agree with it ? | it's just a chance as far as i know.
you have 5 morale,50% chance to burst for more action
you have 5 luck,50% chance to have a lucky hit
i once had a char with 3 luck and dealed 8 lucky strikes in a row....
COINCIDENCE | I believe that the chances are equal.
You can't take a single battle as an example, if you want to make a statistic.
Make the same analysis on 100 battles, and remember that each stack has an individual event generator, then you will have something reliable. | are there equal chances of luck and morale bursts ??

According to others' experience, morale triggers more often than luck. According to others less or more and others the same. Summing up, it tends to trigger the same overally. That's how "CHANCE" works.

So, it's just your experience. | | Due to how the formula works, the chance may differ depending on your individual experience. Future rolls are dependent on previous rolls. So depending on how you compile the statistics it can differ from 10% per morale/luck. | | every battles different |
