PVP means Player vs Player :)
FSP is Faction Skill Points, which gives different bonuses per level :)

Pvp-player vs player( duels)
Fsp- faction skill point
Hg-hunters guild
Lg-labourers guild
Gg- gamblers guild
Cl- character level
Gb - group battle
