He doesn't receive any faction points or experience because he times out in the tournament combat. The idea is that he can stay level 3 and continue to easily earn gold and hunters guild points.

Because he has timed out. He has not finished the battle. He let his time run out and went away from his computer so the troops died on their own, rather than being killed by the enemies. |

As far as I know it is not clear if it considered illegal or not. It could possible breach
2.3. It is forbidden to profit from discovered errors in game algorithm, as well as any game actions, obviously not supposed by the service. In case of discovering a bug, please write about it at the corresponding forum branch or contact the Administration directly.
But no point in arguing until we have an keeper or admin decision on it. But I would suggest not purposefully going afk in ST to avoid getting experience as you might get punished later if it is declared illegal. |
