Check their transfer logs and you will see lots of illegal transfers.
And I bet this complaint is also going to be waste as admins are too lazy to take action on complaints raised since 2009. No hope for this complaint either.
its really shameful, people getting fined for small matters (I can get forum ban for typing in caps or for long string violation, really silly and illogical bans) and what about the violation of multi characters ?. Cheaters are creating lots of multi benefiting main account and still getting away with it. This is not the first case. Lots of complaints in this forum about cheaters with multi accounts and they still playing and doing illegal transfers freely.
