I reported this in Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles, and I was asked to report it here instead. So here it is:

fought 39 combats (against 42 alts, cause some combats were multiplayers) with a min of troops (to maximize fp points ration over exp points) against alts he created and who fought only 1 fight and were abandonned afterward.

And that was after learning from his mistake with his previous character:
