Mod or keeper said 10 1sr tier troops battle are not allowed
And they said me that the player will get block.
Is this really true? |

| Only if the battle was unfair. If I remember correctly, was your post the one that was 10 gremlins against 10 farmers ? The rules do not define an illegal situation of "prefixed" troops battle, though they clearly state the illegality of a staged combat. And Staged, is considered a battle where the two opponents have no equal chances of winning. |
Is it even possible except at very low levels? My understanding is that it wont let you create or join a PvP challenge without sufficient troops recruited.
Travelling being the exception to minimise battle time if ambushed. |

as i advise you before in the last thread, is best to avoid such battle.
10 gremlins vs 10 farmer is not a fair battle.
you may find your character blocked the next day you did this kind of combat. |

ie. same faction, same mana, same troops(10) and even attack,def and init: are same
No stage combat on intention,both fight their best to win

on .ru , minimal troops count for lv 1-2 is not 10 as in .com

- first infringement, 5,000 gold
- second infringement, 20,000 gold
- third infringement, 50,000 gold
- fourth infringement = character block.
There is possibility of premature block in exceptional cases.

That's why such battles can be counted as general rule 2.3 violation. |

You have had your answer and been told it is illegal. Regardless of whether you get a penalty or a block, it should not be done. Don't bother trying to test whether you will get a penalty or a block, as it is not worth the risk.
Finally, Q&H isn't the place to argue what is and isn't fair. We are not the Russian server, we are the English server. Just because something is done a certain way over there, doesn't mean it will be done the same here.
So to answer your question;
It is illegal. It's not worth risking offending. There is a chance anyone who tries to do these battles may get a block.
