Author | Important info on TGI |
Greetings,
I've recently been receiving messages from players asking me to 'invite' them to TG or 'rent' them TGI.
>>TG is a guild, but I cannot invite people, if you want to join, please use your gold/money.
>>Renting is no longer allowed.
>>No one would want to trade his TGI for some arts worth 300k.
>>The minimum price of TGI is 700k on this server.
>>Minimum level is 6.
Regards,
Narutoayan

I guess this in't necessary. |
3.33. The Administration considers it impossible to reach Thief Guild level 5 from the very beginning in a period of one month. Therefore, leasing Thief Guild invitations becomes forbidden since December, 01, 2009. Players caught in both dealing and acquiring TGis at any cost significantly different from the market prices will be fined severely. |
-TGI costs more than just "50 gold"
-It is not illegal to ambush/rob people.
-Anyone can join as long as they have enough gold/money (and is at least combat lvl 6) |
acquiring TGis at any cost significantly different from the market prices will be fined severely.
Market price is 1M-1.2M
But min price for buying TGI legally is 700K as set by empire |
Where do admins say minimum price is 700k? |
there has to be a specific prize if the admins are going to abandon/fine
people
& as far as i remember i had read that it should not be sold/brought below 700k
in some forum or transfer description

I wonder what is the market price?
Suppose i just post a TGi as a lot for 300k
& there are 4 others who want to sell it at that price
due to need of some urgent cash they post it with an amount a little lower than the previous lot
so there are 5 TGi's which have a range from 290k-300k
here what is the market price? |

01-13-11 05:52: Player was imposed a penalty of 595200 gold. // Minimal acceptable price of TGI is 700k gold. The seller will be refunded with this gold. |
Now I got a mail asking if I sell TGIs.. -_- |

Thats where i learnt the min legal price from |
It's useless to buy TGI. Costs a huge money but gives very little - the only good thing - 1% initiative for every level. But experience in TG-ambush is enormous, so initiative advantage becomes useless. |
for Lexo: thank you
#7 - I guess if this happened (and they sold), then someone would be likely to report it. No one can say for sure how admins would deal with it but personally if I had a TGI to sell I would not take the risk. |

This means +/- 20% from market price. I believe that around 1-13-11 the market price was around 840k, which is why a min acceptable price of 700k was made back then. Obviously market price kept on rising above 840k.

Obviously if everyone (or almost everyone) started buying and selling in the 290-300k range, then that's considered market price.
But if admins see that it's just a group of friends or multis reselling to each other at an artificial market price, then of course that's deemed illegal. |
Lucky I rented it when it was allowed)
Why did it get forbidden?
The Administration considers it impossible to reach Thief Guild level 5 from the very beginning in a period of one month.
Some years ago you just had to reach TG Lv 2 |
Why did it get forbidden?
Because very few people were entering TG using diamonds. By forbidding TGI leasing, admins made it very difficult to get into TG so now more players donate to get into TG. In short, the admins did this to get more money ^^ |
It is time to make penalty for all who sell TGI more than 840k but admin want money. It means when admins want money any laws that they made are not work. |

Without the change to TG5 TGI prices would have went down to 0. I thought I was lucky to be able to sell my TGI at 350k before the price dropped down to 0. Before the change some people had multiple TGIs and they were leasing them out for minor profits. Initially the profits were quite good, but near the end right before the change, the TGI leasing market was dead. No one would rent any while there were dozens of people trying to lease TGIs out. |
Lol i was one of the newbs asking about the TGI |
