Is it still the old TG here, where it is not important how much fsp you gain when losing the battle? Or do caravans have skills now, like on RU-server?

If you mean skill points, no they don't give good [skill points] / [XP]

Old according to which server ? We still have the "new" TG here. It hasn't changed since February. If that's old enough for you, yes we have the old TG.

Actually losing a battle in TG ruins your fsp, so : No.

sorry, i meant talents, not skills.
in other words, if i lose 100 battles in TG, receiving 0 exp and fsp, i'll have weak caravans and good fsp ratio for some time then. Is that right?

yes, but there is a floor. So after losing a certain amount of battles they will not become any weaker.
