No one except admin or keepers can block anybodies account.
But what m asking is that my additional character is blocked by keeper because someone whom i don't know and never ask for loan to him, gives me the loan.
I think he do so due to intention of getting my that character block and he succeeded too.
No one will trust me that what ever m saying is true.
Anyway what i was saying that my additional character is blocked.
So may i create another account instead of that blocked account? |

I guess you cant. Same is with my, my multis have been blocked with reason \\
No illegal transactions, nothing and no reply from Secretary as yet. I guess you must wait till the admins are again active on this server andsecretary reads your mails. Anyways till they are unblocked you cant make a new one according to the game rules. |

if u will take a look at my character page u will find that i don't need loan from anyone because its illegal for additional character and also i have 3 full constructed castle |
