I wouldn't be surprised if you aren't able to sell it for even 10k. Now-a-days, I wonder who even looks at that art. It would be surely rather beneficial for any player to buy a shop art that gives a much better parameters, has a very low cost and a good sell to empire price. Repairing it at 40k I guess is the most stupid thing to do. Yes, if its a 80 durability or more, go ahead. But this, never even think about it. It will never be worth, not even if someone repairs it to you for half the repair cost. |

If you got it repaired than it would probably be worth around 150g per dur point you got but (and this is a big but) if you tried to sell it or rent it out then admin might question why you had taken such a large loss (40k repair - ?? x 150). It would certainly look suspicious.
The best advice I can give you is to just avoid it.
