Transfers are done by multiple player, most of whom have been blocked now. All transfers are unsigned. The transfer pattern clearly shows illegal transfers. The accused claims to never cheat again, but hasn't yet returned all the illegal gold back to the people from whom he had received it nor has it been sent to Empire. |
