According to this rule the transfers are legal. The loan is still in legal duration, so please wait for your report when something illegal is done. |

He gave to optional gold, which he didn't actually take as a payment for his service so it should be considered as a donation and not a violation of the above rule. |
He should have said it was a gift, not 30% of roulette. But if the above is true then I see nothing illegal in these transactions.
If the loans aren't returned within one month THEN they will be illegal. Until then, they aren't. |
