you were wrong; clan recruiter/leader has the right to evict anyone in clan as long as he hit the button
'dont like you' can be 1 of the reasons. talking on the recruit for gold [finance assist], we got game rules to deal with that. |

nope, those already in the clan who are not interested in doing so.

Players join a clan with a certain amount of trust. If they have only paid a small amount of gold to join, then there is no harm in evicting them later down the track. Obviously, it would be nice if you refunded their entry fee. Even if it is minus the 500 gold that it costs for an invitation.
As Pang said, financial assist through clans is dealt with by other game rules.
In addition to this, if a player feels as if they have been swindled by a clan leader, he or she is free to make a complaint in the appropriate forum section. |

The issue has been solved. Thanks for your answers. Actually the player I was talking about had paid only 500 gold, and was asking for its refund when he was going to leave the clan as he couldn't satisfy some requirements. |
