- there is no IP clash with any player, including any of players with whom there was estate transaction;
- there were no reasons why those players would support me, I don't know them in RL. Syrian is my clanmate and that is all;
- I have PM correspondence with both seller and buyer of estate that proves it to be market operations; That can be resent to the keeper.
- there is nearly no market liquidity in Estates. My offer was simply best for purchase and sales;

- there was no 'dedication' between me and second side of both transactions. In both cases I was contacted by PM and offered transaction and I tok offer. That is clear with rules.

additional facts on my side:
reason for buying estate: i wanted to try it out (i know i overpayed)
reason for selling it: i got an offer from a clan-mate and i accepted (it's nice to be a millionaire again... and i know i had a loss, but that's my problem - the agreed price of 1,02M was well within market average)
further transfers: i have no idea who the current owner of the estate is (i never had any contact with him) and i have no idea why BrownBear sold it - although i can imagine why, when looking at the gold Melnik offered (gratz on your quick profit, mate!).
i'll obviously be available for any required further clarification of my deals (i also have private messages making proof of the negotiations).
