Author | Remove the timer in MG |
My ideia is simple. Remove the timer in MG.
"Why it should be done?" 'Cause, sometimes, you may forget/have internet problems/have no time to go back and get your reward, and, if u get there late, you will lose the MG point and gold (and maybe an element). |
I agree means even if u have done the quest but forget 2 go back 2 the guild we still fail so that should be removed |
-1 If you don't have 10 hours the time to do a quest then accept the quest the next day instead of accepting and now doing it. I've never before had a problem with the timer, so doesn't matter to me.. |
-1 I remember back when they 2 hours or 3 hours on large armies report back in time was even back then doable. so this update would be useless to most us with good internet connections. |
for Arcanide:
Sometimes, you may think that you will have time to finish it. But, then, you get a ambush or real life call you and then, you are wasting your battle (you won't get nothing in this new system).
so this update would be useless to most us with good internet connections.
There is others updates which are useless for some, but great for others. It depends of the person. |
(you won't get nothing in this new system).
You won't get anything* :P |
+1 happend to me so many times, that i lost internet connection and i was so angry because i just finished the task :)) |
+1. To those who say -1, why? A relatively simple thing to change, i would think. May not affect you, but may help others.. |
It should be that if you finish the quest the timer is removed and you have as long as it takes to get back to the MG but if you don't finish it and run out of time then you lose. |
-1 Man, think it in real life, you are given a quest, obviously, you should complete it in the given time. And follow the story line. Eg. a quest says "A group of gargoyles are being attacked'" or something, obviously, they won't survive the attack for long. Hence, I feel this is great. |
Well, the present system can be abused too.
Say, do a quest , report after time is over so that you can do the same difficulty one again. |

though i support the idea.. but.. it is a quest..
you take a job.. n you have a certain time limit.. you do it after that and you won't get paid
simple as that
i believe 10 hours is a long time.. n situations that you are talking about
don't occur usually.."once in a blue moon"
I forget to report back sometimes.. before i go to sleep n this happens a lot with me
i think if there is a reminder or something @character page
once you finish the quest saying "you haven't reported the quest"
that will be good :) |

You can't. If you completed a task successfully and report after the time is over, the next time you get the same quest, it will be one level harder. So, it is like making your quest harder, without getting MG points. IF you have doubt, try it yourself :) |
the next time you get the same quest, it will be one level harder.
i doubt that! |

no,it doesn't count me havin' good connection
I'm one of those who always bad connection
But still,** 10 hrs is just enough**
No .. say the point of reason.
I think 10 hrs is enough and even if u fail to repot, U still get exp and fsp. |
heres a suggestion instead of taking away the 10hr timer which is more then plenty of time just switch rewards gain from MG to client. meaning the place you have to do the quest for is the place you get the rewards. |

i feel u should have fixed time to start the quest but not to claim the reward
imagine if the gargs need help..u have to be there quickly..but when u have completed the quest...u should get reaward no matter how late u go...i mean noone will make delay willingly, who wont want a reward...
leaving timer just to complete the quest will i think solve all the problems mentioned above...even to those who relate it to real life situations |
+1 If you think about it, the timer doesn't actually do anything. |

Sometimes you nead 5 tries too beat army of necromacers/demons ect... So if you lose 4 times it is only 1 hour of recovery. Some players can t stay that long so why not let them too fight another day? |
