| Can a complaint be filed against recruiter of a clan if he/she misused his/her powers? For eg., if a recruiter evicts clan membes without a reason or wastes clan invitations knowingly by sending out a number of invitations to players for free, or a similar offense? |
| on what charges? sending free invites in not an issue. and eviction is not an issue too. is there a money problem with promises involved? |

If the clan leader has taken additional money or given some promises then it will be illegal according to rule:
3.26.1. A clan where the Leader's promises are not brought to realization is considered a financial pyramid. In case when funds were accumulated in a clan for a public purpose (such as purchasing TGI or rare items/sets), and no such purpose has been brought to realization, the prosecution is supposed to present proof from his or her transfer log. Clan leader is held responsible and will be blocked for swindling if the fault is confirmed. |
| And if it is your clan, choose your recruiters with care. He/she can do anything without breaking any official rules. |
