| I just looked up his game log. 1 of the three games does not have a winner. I loaded up that specific game and it says it was a draw due to time out. |
This can also happen in PvP combats. If, in the middle of a combat or card game, the serve goes down. Then, when the server comes back up, your combat/game is supposed to resume. But sometimes, for whatever reason, by necessity or choice, the admins simply decide to terminate all ongoing combat/game, then this is the result. Luckily, this very rarely happens.

We were playing (me and my brother, from different computers, but with the same connection) and we got DC. We both stopped playing at the same time, and, then, the game declared it as a draw. |
Maybe the DC is the key, because I'm pretty sure I've seen it when both players abandoned their game, and one player was declared the winner.

Kindly allow me to point out that paying from the same connection will show at the server that you are playing from the same IP. Many have been blocked, because they play games on the same IP. |
