I think that since at stake is a permanent block of your character, to be sure that you're safe, you should probably wait until an official sage says so. |
| It depends on the admins' judgement so we (players) can't be certain whether it is legal or not. I think it is fine but I would take that photo off because I don't think it is worth risking your character getting blocked. |
