Yes it is:
You get 1 luck from Gamblers’ Guild (at level 12 and 15).
And you wear a present like "The other half" or "Diamond pendant" |
i think it is impossible to get 5 luck without tavern drink and ring of doubts
with expert luck, you get 3 luck.
with amulet of luck, you get 1 luck so max total is 4.
unless you take new year drink/candy, then there is 5 luck for you. |
