| i guess taking loan is legal but you saying something like a bank to give ppl loans i don't think so this available you can just try your friend or someone you know to take loan with and btw noone know who's honest or scammer to take loan that why your bigest chance to take loan is taking from your friends |

3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary. |
