| It happens mostly on production facilities, the workshift rounds up or something. The delay usually lasts until the next 5 minutes (in your case 3:55) and RARELY it goes up to the next 10 minute (4:00). Note that it's not stable how much the delay will last, 'cause it gets cleared for the next 5minute state (meaning if you finish at 3:42, that doesn't go to 3:47, it will go to 3:45 in case of delay). |

It usually (don't know if it ONLY happens in this case) it happens when you are the first to enroll there. And you have lower chances to get delay if you enroll at minute rounded to 5. |

It is a feature of the game. Designed to stop people using scripts to enroll as it upsets the regular workshift end times. |

Not that script. That script is legal.
There are other scripts, unaproved, made and used by cheaters (in most cases). |
