1 player made a clan and then after 5 months , he goes inactive
what should we do ??? no one is treasure !!! clan not running , so the suggestion is after 2 or 3 months if a leader goes inactive make another leader !!

Well, first of all, change the period of inactivity for like 5 months. That should be sufficient time for the person to come back by chance he is unblocked.
The person who will succeed the leader could be any of the member of the clan and can be decided by voting where each person votes for someone in the clan other than himself/herself. |

The clan is the property of the leader. If he has decided not to nominate someone he trusts as treasurer to take over if he is inactive/blocked then it is not fair to pass clan (and it's balance) to some random person.
If anyone does not want to remain in an inactive clan then they can always leave. |
