like if i am fsp 3 elf what benefit do i have over being a fsp 1 elf?

There you go, second table shows what you get from your faction level.

Note : Faction levels don't stack, if you are Necro level 3 and Knight level 5, you get the bonus for the faction you are currently playing as. |

So, elf 1 would have 9% to trigger favor ennemy, while elf 3, 17% to trigger along with 1 more attack and 1% more ini. |
