I recently fought a battle against a holy knight .And it was very close-

I am sure I would have lost if I didn't have knight fsp4 . And I can't counter expert holy with advanced darkness.
Can someone suggest some ideas for this battle so that I could(considering both of us aren't "lucky") win it without knight fsp. Holy knight would be stronger in full arts & GBs. Or is it that DE can't win against knight in a fair match? |

| yup chaos DE has a chance against knight, but that is not a choice for DE since they are totally weak in hunts, MC quests . So kindly don't consider it. |

What about magic weapons needed for full art & CG battles? Keeping both might & magic set is too much like keeping price for mini arts of wizzys.
Kindly leave chaos built. Is there any possibility of beating such a knight with a DE built that uses might artifacts? Thats my doubt.... |
I believe you are starting from a wrong idea.
Yes, of course it's possible for a DE to beat a holy knight using a might build. Just don't forget the amulet of luck and pray for loads of luck.
What i mean is that not all builds for all factions are good to use in all situations.
In that precise situation, if you don't want to change anything, I don't see much more to do.
Your opponent eventually is the one that made a few mistakes (like leaving that one shrew alive close to the end, running after the poisoners.. and going afk?!), on your side it seems to me you have made all you can.
But this game is part brute force, part strategy and part.. casualty. So i expect that, although many time the knight could win, there will surely be some where he won't prevail because of a one simple mistake.
Also, is chaos DE still that weak now that their racial has changed? |

i would say that's the price for being DE to perform better on both pvp and pve fight.

you still have the chance, but not as high as you expect. you have to understand that each built has its weakness by nature.
just like holy knights, they have no chance on dark nerco in most case by nature. |
