currently he is NOT in jail |
First off, let me say that I love cats and I have a cat.
Secondly, the fact that the cat is dead is largely the owners fault. Cats that have access to outside are semi wild animals and I would not consider them a part of my family even if one came and ate and even slept regularly at my house.
Cats wonder about on other properties and things happen. Lots of them die from their encounters with dogs, other cats, racoons or other wild animals. Moreover, I believe in the rights of other owners to protect their property from invading animals.
Keep your next cat at home. Get him/her chipped and it won't need to go outside. |
it was in heat we let her out bc she was in heat
i could see if a animal got her
but no my landlord burned her alive because
"he was annoyed with the noise"
she NEVER left our property line |
1. I don't see how it would be better if another animal got her. I remember when I was a child, we had an outdoor cat. One day he cam home and his sides were ripped open, his face mauled. It was horrible, he died of his injuries the next day.
2. If the cat indeed never left your property, the assailant is clearly in the wrong. And I think the police can charge him with more than animal abuse. If there is any proof that he snatched your cat of your property, that would also make it an animal abduction with an intent to kill. If you have any proof, I'd encourage you to present it to the police, to get this person maximum possible penalties.
3. There is pretty much nothing you can do personally except cooperate with the law and let the authorities deal with this man. I urge you not to take matters into your own hands in any way, as it will just make things worse for your family in the long run. |
we found our cats bones in the woodstove the next day we had dog officers check the bones he admitted to killing my cat
"Choquette on Tuesday and he admitted to killing the cat," |
and i could accept another animal killing it because thats the animals nature to kill just like it was her nature to go in heat |
just hit the news |
