or for golems - 3 att , 2 hp and 4 def , 3 att
for garg: 1 speed and 2 hp.

For a gargoyle, i suggest you take HP (always useful to keep them alive longer) and speed. Def is useful, but avoiding a hit is always better than standing it.

golems have two main problems: speed and initiative. At your level, there isn't much you can do about ini, so i would suggest you take speed. as of def, I believe it is of no use in this case. Either you take the attack bonus, to hurt more (but not that much) or the HP bonus, that will allow maybe to hit once or twice more before they go down.

All in all, you will try to make your troops stand as long as possible and use your hero for the main task of killing, but remember that making your troops active attackers instead of simple defenders may allow you to go further in the tournament.
And remember that gargs will always be a bad attacker (even with the max bonus given by rage).
Golems can't run or reach other respawn with 1 turn...
So speed have the fuction of reach far enemys and cover units... You can only run from zombies... And it isn't something to invest...

You didn't understand what i mean.

Speed is a must have on golems when playing a survival tournament, as it will allow to move on a diagonal from one door to another reaching some creatures that it could not otherwise. Since on average they can move once every two rounds, because of low ini (and the fast killing at the beginning) they risk to need a pass if you don't take this option.

As a comparision, Ogres have the same problem, with the difference that for them it's better to wait than move, since it will accumulate atk bonus.
