3. It's forbidden to double-post applications, as well as bumping ("upping") them up by leaving pointless messages. A topic closed means that the affair is considered and actions are taken.
Also you're breaking other rule...
You have many threads open, never read it too? => 15. Creating a new application is not recommended if you have a non-closed topic in this thread. Write there instead.

The fact exist one rule which say about the additional character can't give/receive gift, same to loan, and can't use smith/enchant services...

In case you didnt understand, My previous report was due to you and COD laundering money.
It is very clear that you sent those arts BEFORE you made it inactive. Whether you wrote it or not it should be considered a leaving the game gift. Which is illegal. You sell it for a much lower price and COD sold it at a normal price. That should be financial assist/money laundering. |

The rule specifically states that hunter artifacts are not considered rare.
Right now, only thief, tactician, venomancer, infernal and seasonal/special items are considered "rare". |
This rule includes also every kind of enchanted arts.
I lost my additional (Walker_Boh) because of that :(
