valentine's card thieves are pretty damn good at that

Yes mainly on red hunts (when you kill but you lose) and duel/gb, but not recommended lose for purpose in duel/gb you can be banned.
Other ways to increase fsp, is doing hunters, monster quest (best way)
vanguards (some only)

- ambushing a player without troops so fighting Monks
- Monster low tier
