The venomancer items have twice been available for players to buy on the market after Empire posted them there. The first time was following the end of the Venomancer event and the second time was when Empire held the luxury auctions.
As such, the arts are a luxury and there are few of them present in the game. You must buy them off other players or hope that Empire auctions off more of them in the future. |
