| It will be balanced for PvP .. a flyer with 14 stacks and morales + offense (big damages), it will be unbalanced for PvP .. only demons that do not have fliers, not to be balanced in PvE but in PvP |

Yes, they have become "flippers" due to evolution.
However they would have been wings on some distant ancestor of the penguin.
If that's too hard a concept for you to grasp, you can always consider the vestigial "wings" of Cassowaries, Ostriches and Emus. They still have feathers, even though they don't need them to fly any more.
To reiterate - Not everything that has wings can fly.

succubi wasn't made by "This game" there were several myths about them imagining all of them and making them kinda like a cartoon made the "succubis from the Demon Faction"..example (Nvm just Search Succubi pics)
since the game is based on homm5 all creatures are also based on homm5 with their abilitys..

and by the way i guess in hell (thats probabbly where they come from) they dont give pilot liscences or there arent any flying schools that may be why any demon troop despite having wings can not fly ..... |

| it is not about size of the wing and the wing body ratio but of the muscles that powe those wings maybe scubbi had them surgically removed or they are still underdeveloped due to the high incubation temperature of hell or the head did not let the muscles evolve at alll there are many points and many arguments but before it turns out to be a war here QATC |
