If you are in ridge of hope, there is a small chance that you will be ambushed by dragons (green, jade, twilight and black dragons).

I think the chance is very very small, and I wouldn't get your hopes up on ever getting an ambush.
But I've never heard a specific precentage of chance for encountering them, I don't believe there is one. |
