| I have 700 K in my pocket now. If I buy a TGI with 700 K, then when I have my own TGI, then sell it .. I will give 300 K to the player who sells his / her TGI to me .. does it break the rule ? thx .. :) |

| Giving the 300K breaks the gifts rule or the loans rule, depending on what you call it. Loans have to be returned in 1 month max, and gifts cannot normally be that large. |

Here is your problem.
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one.

The average price is above 1 million. You will need about 1 mil. gold in order to satisfy this rule. |
malik, the "sold" price should be annonced in the transfer log to be the most clear in time! Let's say : Current market price is 1M gold and you can go up to 20% discount according rules, so you can buy the tgi at 800K!
You can use Gold, ressources, elements but keep in mind all should be explained to avoid problems later!
Gift can apply : It can as long it explained clearly in your log but imo you should ask moderators or keepers to be sure all will be clear enough before doing the deal! |

if a friend of yours has a tgi
then buy it from him for 800k( that is minimum)
& when u have one sell it back..

Well, if the minimum TGI price is 800K you could borrow 100K (assuming you can get such a loan) to buy it .
Then there is nothing stopping the selling player from giving a gift of 100K in return (assuming they are CL10+). This would allow you to repay your loan immediately.
Then there is nothing stopping you from giving gifts in the future (when you have the money) to "thank" the player for selling you a cheap TGI.
Of course this requires would require the trust of players with sufficient money to do the loans and someone with a TGI to sell who doesn't mind waiting and trusting that they will be remunerated in the future.
It's important to note that there is no way to enforce repayment from any of the parties. But it should still be possible.
Personally I'd suggest just being patient and waiting until you have the money.
