everytime you smith a completly broken weapon it loses it's max dur by 1
I am lv0 which means 10%, do the 10% apply on the initial max dur the weapon had or does it apply on the dur it has now? |

so if you have 10% and you repair a thief art 0/60 it will be 6/59 (pretty sure since rounded up)
then you repair it at 0/50 it will be 5/49
correct me if im wrong |
