Well, there is no real proof that your number won't change :p
Unless you can provide a given proof that your number is actually a fixed one, this whole thing sounds doubtful..
And, at the same time, considering the infinitely small chance to find one in infinite (that is, 0), there is no possibility to find the right answer unless you give some sort of hints.
Finally, you can't give 10k, as your gift must not exceed a given % on your total belongings (i think 30%, to be confirmed by a forum search).
With this said, based on the few thing you set up, here is a guess:

There has to be a smart person that ruins the game...
1.Changing the price to 3k
2.Yes there is no proof but you just have to trust me.
3.Hints are going to be made every 50 posts. I am not saying that the hints are going to be good.
4.The chance of guessing a the number is much smaller than 0.0000...001% So I am not telling any one that they "have to guess" the number. They just can if they want to.
