Just show it to friends and if it's good enough, it will get popular.
It's hard to get attention from people, because there are many good videos around and your idea to put a song to a cartoon video isn't a very new or unique one. So don't expect too much applause for it.
Try to see it as a practise for your next projects.

What I do for spreading my video is. People of different countries/states, I request them to put this video on their facebook wall. In that way, It gets viewed by many people. |
