Moderators are recruited by Staff Department members during recruitment periods. If there is a recruitment period ongoing, it will be announced in the General Game Forums and players who meet the requirements for recruitment can put in an application.
- New members may also be recruited personally off recruitment period, exclusively by the initiative of the Staff Dep. member. Mailing clan recruiters and asking for invitation to this clan at any time other than recruitment period is senseless. |
