I read that and an idea came to my mind:
Is my friend allowed to "Give" me for
example 50K to change faction, and 4-5
months later I give the money back as another
"Present"?
I dont think so, since its mroe or less a loan,
but we can say it is a present and no one should
say something. (In my opinion)

Hey, firstly the answer to your question is no. Or at least not if you don't want to face a block. This could be seen as the subjective zone of financial assist. Especially now you have told everybody = P
