Seems that almost all the people who receive large amounts of financial assistance and/or loans and gifts over the limits allowed do so because they are massive roulette losers.
Might be a simpler solution for admins to give a roulette block at same time as the fine for this activity. Would certainly cut down on the repeat offenders and save some players from being blocked later on who dont have the sense to stop. |

best way is, i heard A&D team has scripts that block roulette. players can use that if they dont have control. |

Pointless since you can turn script off with one click or use a different browser. So that script offers false security.

In addition to this, another option which would reduce the amount of illegal multi chars would be to restrict roulette to level 5+
This would eliminate many of the people who create lots of accounts just to gamble. If they win then they transfer the winnings to their main account at around level 3 and if they lose they just abandon and create some more.
Having to reach level 5 with all these multis would make it much harder for them and would not really effect any of the legal players. |
+1 to the idea of making roulette for level 5+
In addition to DiN's reasoning, players may be more likely to exercise self-control with a char they have spent a little time on and once they realise they do need gold to play the game with the ap rule that's introduced at level 5. |
