If a player is banned, is he also denied from posting in "Justice" and "Technical questions" sections?
If yes, how should banned players officially report violations or receive support for technical issues? (Let's assume the ban continues for another week for both forum and chat) |

If your character was banned on Forum – wait until the ban wears off.
