If a player do this then he or she have a lot of work to do!
By collecting all gold in time I mean.
Two questions:
1.Is it allowed?
2And what happen if he or she dont repay their loans in time?
Some rules that are about the questions of economy:
3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary.
3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month. |
Okay, I see where this came from... I'll try to answer you.
First question: Is taking several loans from several players allowed?
From the phrasing in 3.14 "maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total ... ", I interpret it as loans from several loans are allowed, so long as it is not more than 20,000 * [Combat level] gold.
Second question: What happens if the debtor does not repay their loans in time?
Taken from 3.17 -
When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation. |
so long as it is not more than 20,000 * [Combat level] gold.
I should state it explicitly, that this refers to the sum of all the loans taken from all your creditors. |

If one player get a loan from an other player and then spend the gold an then ask for an other loan. Is that allowed?
I think not many players will do it, but I have seen that somebody have.

yes, as long as the sum of all the loans doesn't overreach your maximum size of debit (20.000*combat level) |

Yeah, I was wondering about that myself. I thought the loan receiver would get fined, not blocked (we all know who this is about). |
| Well, this is not the first time that that player (the one we are talking about) has failed to repay his loans, so maybe he was blocked so that other players do not keep losing their money. Of course, I'm just guessing here. |
Ok I think I have understand this answer and it allways ends up with this rule:
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
