My question is:
If I see the red Workaholic penalty text and I enroll, then I do a battle in which I receive 0.5 fsp or more (so the workaholic penalty is canceled), will I still receive the penalty when I will get my gold?
This is not very important, but I was wondering because I just wanted to enroll at "Production" when I saw that red text that I will receive only 0.8 of my wage, so I went hunting and when I finished the battle there were no more places, so I had to work at "Mining" section. And I was thinking if it would have been more profitable to enroll at "Production" before I went hunting. |

That does not mean he will get the same amount of money when the wages are actually paid out.
The game may subtract amount X from the mine for enroll but add Y to the player when the shift ends.

Unless they have changed this, the message about workaholic penalty is applied to your NEXT enrollment, not your current one. And yes, this effectively means you actually get 11, not 10, full enrollments after each full (.5 fsp) victory.

So, as Geyron says, I could have enrolled and I would have received full amount, because that message would have been applied on my next enrollment after that one.
But, if we make abstraction of the message and we suppose that is the first enrollment when the penalty is applied, if I enroll and then hunt (and get that 0.5 fsp) I won't get full wage because there was a penalty when I enrolled.
Am I right? |
| That is correct. Once you get the message that your penalty is .6, your current enrollment only nets you 80%, even if you now hunt and win. But your next enrollment will be 100%, not 60%. |

Am I sure about what? That winning a battle resets the penalty only for the next enrollment, and would not help the current enrollment?

Yes, because, as I said, the message applies to your NEXT enrollment. So if your message says 60%, then your current enrollment is only at 80%.
I believe 10% is the maximum penalty. And if you remember, again, that the message applies to the next enrollment, then the first time you see the 10% message, the current enrollment is at 20%. And if you see the message the second time, then your current enrollment is already at 10%. |
