Pass by allows you to not fight that hunt and get another hunt in 20 minutes.

Beat a hunt that is higher in number than any other person of your level. |

If you see those, your current acomplished records are not worth of any medal (unless I missed something). So, you'll need to kill more and more hunts until you see a hunt hard enough to surpass other hunters' record. |

| concentrate on killing only few type of creatures and pass all others :) every time you kill that certain creature, next time you see 30% more of them |

Beat All the hunts that is weaker than that hunt first.
If you, say, want to get the record hunt for Griffins (which the top record is 91), you would have to beat 40 griffins, 46 griffins, 53 griffins, 61 griffins ,70 griffins & 82 griffins first. |
if your hunt is 100 X and the record for your level and faction is 118 X.
Then if you beat the hunt alone next time it will be 130 X, but if you ask for assistance and kill ~66% (so you get 0,33 fsp)
then your next hunt will be 118 X |
