Im pretty sure I'll get a quick ban after this message. I accept that. Telsek has more open threads than me and he NEVER recieved even 1 minute ban. How's that for fairness? |
Correction:
Title should have read RULE not ULE. |
The only rule 3.15 that I am aware of is in the General Rules. It doesn't seem relevant to any of the players you have mentioned.
3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
You are probably trying to refer to the "Complaints and Applications - Finance and Others" Forum Local Rule 15 (Found here - https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1838938).
15. Creating a new application is not recommended if you have a non-closed topic in this thread. Write there instead.

dude, if you see a rule break? mail any forum mods. they will take care of it.
creating a thread like this in C&A is completely useless.
i already told you this, seems like you are not a listener. hmmm. |
Im sorry. It is rule 15 of the C and A and not rule 3.15. |
@eddyimmanuel
For you it may be useless. I think what is useless is what you are suggesting.
I already did that. I cited page 1 as an example and what did the mod do?
He punish most of those in page 1. He didn't even punish them all! He didn't even bother checking page 2 and the others.
What kind of moderating is it when you only react and dont have initiative of your own? |
Additional information:
As I understand it, local rule 15 was created because of an occaisional problem with some people flooding this forum branch with a large number of individual cases making it hard for sweepers to identify real breaches (possibly to cover up ones they did not want dealt with).
It is one of the few rules which are a "recommendation" and gives the moderators a little flexibility in how it is applied.
By naming me, you have directly involved me in your complaint, but if you had looked you would see I have only 2 open cases in the past 12 months. Additionally I do have some still open from 2 plus years ago but it would be of no benefit to anyone for me to "bump" then back to page 1.
Personally I would not expect an occaisional poster to receive moderator attention but this rule is needed at certain times.
Regarding your personal case, as you have already been told, the ONLY way to deal with it is by mailing secretary. Complaining or questioning decisions in the forums will only lead to further bans. |
take your personal comments or discussion in PM. CaA isnt a sub forum for you to argue or discuss |
