My guess about ST:
There will be no ST before Arctic have time to implement updates.
After the first new ST, .ru has an update of ST: increase monster strength and decreases the effect of orbs. Before these updates were introduced here, the ST will not be held. However since Arctic is almost the only one who can work on the updates in .com, we have to wait until he has some spare time to do this.
Hopefully it will be done soon. |
| Maybe they want to find a way that ST will be hard and able to reach max XP-fsp at the same time. |
