AuthorBuying enchanted art really cheap on 3day auction is legal?
https://www.lordswm.com/art_info.php?id=gdubina&uid=5103655
artifact costs:
empty + 30 * each element (took cheapest price on market)
142 410 + (30 * 3 700) + (30 * 2 099) + (30 * 700) + (30 * 2 995) + (30 * 329) + (30 * 3 924) + (30 * 302) + (30 * 2 133) = 627 870

280k is the price now, it is not even half of the actual price. I was waiting for the price to go up, but it did not.
Can the buyer be fined for financial assist because it is sold so cheap?
But on the other hand, what can the buyer do about the fact that no one else outbid him?
you can buy it,its an auction.
its legal because players give price for this artifact.
it is a bit clouded as to what the admins would judge it as... you should have bought it, asked artic or another admin...if they said it was illegal then you could just send it back with the price you payed
its because of that you have small online, there si a few people, who play this game.
in ru we can't see small prices, because there is a lot of people who want to buy something.
For a 3 day auction it is legal as you bought it at "market value". If it was a very short timescale auction done when very few players were online then admin may judge it illegal.
as you bought it at "market value"
Yes, that might be true.
But most players never check the market for an artifact like goblins bludgeon.
Besides i think most players (myself included) have the market filtered to show full durability only.
So therefore there are very little players that have seen the lot

But if it would be legal to sell it for 283772 comapred to 627870. Then i can already imagine many new loopholes to get "free" money combined with players that quit the game.
if you will buy it,i think you wouldn't sell it,because there arent someone who want to buy it.

dude, admin wont consider that while giving penalty on you.

I've seen a similar situation earlier where a 4*10 thief dagger was sold for around 45000. This was reported but lexa closed the thread without penalizing anyone.
for Pang:
if I correctly understand there ist any rule about that.
But what is he supposed to do? it is an auction and he has no influence on the selling prize at the end...
Thats what an auction is for.
you never know if you get a low or a high prize...
Apologies. It was a 4*5 thief dagger.

there is a rule regarding selling item with overcharged or over discounted.

3.11. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.

3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one.

well, 3.13 is not just talking on additional id and so to main.

admin could consider that overcharged or over discount on market price = finance assist.

i have no comments on that if the case had been closed.

BUT, dont complain if you get penalty for such issue later on. you wont always lucky to escape from those punishment once you break the rules
whata jealousy... man, aucion was for 3 days, any1 can bought it and you too...

let players have fun from this game or left us if you dont wanna agree wth it.
I remember the guy have bough TGI for 100k because the seller put one 0 less...

He got penalized with 700k, and got -400k... Amazing!

But talking about acion... Hmhmmm think there's no problem... Anway save some money if you gonna try this.
yeah... jeaulous -.-''
If that were true i would have just bought it myself and resold it later. Since if this topic did not exist, there would have been fewer bids on it as there were now

it was just a question and if you want to defend your clan mate to prevent a fine, this is not the right spot to do so.
Yes, this is hard to explain.

Auction:
1. Anyone can buy this item and bid price.
2. If price are too low, auction is illegal and buyer are penalized?

If i selling item worth 800k, on auction, for 3 days long.... this is illegal if someone buy them for 100k?
rules is from ru,all know what we have in ru the same rules,i think admin didn't think about that situation.
to sven

Am just defend last happiness from this game. Player catched an occasion and bought art for very good price and he is happy but people like you want ruined it.

And I repaet - let the buyer have fun and stop complain (even it was a "question" everyone know what does topic mean)

with such issue you mean the thief dagger sale?

btw the openening post is missleading, there is no such thing as an "actual price" at least not as the calculation is presented. Elements are always worth more single than on a very underpowered enchant. Or would you say a hunter broadsword 4x10% is worth 400k up?
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
