Rule 15 of the C and A Finance and others states that:
15. Creating a new application is not recommended if you have a non-closed topic in this thread. Write there instead.
But the implementation is loose. Others are banned others are not. What's the real deal? |
Personally I take it to mean you should not create a new post about the same case.
In fact, when I was part of the admin's "juries" it was much easier to deal with cases if each on had their own thread (and each thread was not full of multiple cases).
Hopefully one of the keepers will give a current thinking on this. |

i think, A person allowed to created only one thread and post all complaint in that same thread unless it is answered and closed.
because i have seen lexa banning players who created more than one threads in that section.
players can correct me if i am wrong. |
Personally I think this rule is useless and in the past I didn't enforce this rule at all.
Now I always give 1 minute warning bans to inform the player about that rule, because when Lexa is active, he usually penalizes players violating this rule with 1 to 7 days bans. |
