1st- 30% of givers Gold + Primary Elements ( wood , ore, mercury, sulfur, crystals, gems )
2nd- must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
So if the grantor want to give more gift and reach the maximun by no1. , first he must convert that elements or arts in money.
And of course grantor cant be a multi. |

True , It´s the old 3.15 rule.
The new one talk only about :

| Just as #6 said. Let me add that that gift can be of any kind, as long as the total cost of the gifted "material" (elements, arts, resources, etc) do not exceed the respective gold amount allowed. |

That means a lvl 5 player can gift max 50000 every month to another player?? |
if you gift 50k to player x every 30 days you still get fined
So its best to never give / receive any gift :P
(unless it has a small value for a birthday or something) |

But there is also this rule,
1.5.1. The Administration has a right to cease access to the service for users whose in-game behavior is a dedicated assist to another character or group of characters.
If a level 5 player were gifting someone 50k a month, they might be punished under that rule, as 50k a month to one player could be considered a dedicated assist. |
"per month" means that is max amount you can gift in 1 month to 1 or various players, but as Dizbe said if every month you are giving your max gift amount to the same player that is finantial assist.
Rule 3.15 is to set the max amout for a gift , but without breaking that rule you can fall under the 1.5.1 rule by doing a constant financial assist. |
Probably more relevant is this General Rule -
1.13. Financial assist is forbidden in all aspects of the game. Financial assist is a dedicated assistance of one character to another in any way meant to increase the possessions of the latter.
