if some1 casts a spell on knight with 20% magic shield talent and is wearing some juwelery that have ignore i.e. windshield ignore 3%.
does knight have 17% wind shield at all, when wind spell is used? or does that juwellery dont effect magic shield?

i think it is 3% of 20%.
So magic shield would be about 19.4% |
| kwan_waris3 is right if you are talking about "ignore air shield" type of enchantments (this also comes with "extra damage with earth magic" enchant). |
