| Resources are taxed too (I think). So in order to transfer something (even resource) you have to pay the 1% of your income to empire, that's not possible with negative gold, so you can't do it. I couldn't do it either when I have -gold. |

| Though negative gold,the item which should be sold needs a tax.So like hallion91 said,he can't sell item at the market.But you could try selling it directly. |
| He can sell it on market without problem, I was talking about normal transfer. Transfers are taxed too. The market will just give you the final gold (will decrease the tax from the final price, so even with -gold you can use the market) |
