what do you mean by illegal low? Market for thief items is very shallow.
Sales prices of those few offers that are present on Market are often not the ones that real transactions are made.
I once bought thief cloak for 45k when other offers on the market were 60k and then I found out that nobody wants to buy my cloak for 45k and real transactions were circa 40-45k. | | ^^ |
